The development of roads and infrastructure, according to the master plan, including but not

limited to the establishment and maintenance of the following : -

The roads network including the collective and sub-infrastructure in addition to car parking.

electricity, street lighting and telephone service to the people of this region.

An external connection to link the regions with the main network of roads. ‎
