Improve Al-Abdely road from the future Mutla’a city to the intersection with the northern
regional road (southern Al Jahra)-Al-Abdely road

the Regional road’s link that’s coming from the
south of Al-Salmi road by a length of 27 km
(3 lanes per direction).
