· · The project is an educational cultural center that includes buildings
for theaters, cinema, video & audio production studio, halls and
museums, exhibitions and buildings for the library and Quran
drawing classes and its arts, office buildings for employees in
addition to services such as a restaurant and a mosque .

· · Actual completion rate of the design 27 % .
· · 13 /9 /2017 The architectural team in the ministry met with the representative of
the beneficiary and the consulting office to discuss the three design alternatives.
