الط ـرح والتصمي ـم .
· · إدارة المشاريع والإشراف عليها .
· · تقديم الحلول للصعوبات الهندسـية والفنية .
· · دراسـة ومراجعة الأوامر التغييرية والمطالبات المقدمة من المقاولين والإستشـاريين .
· · تطوير الأنظمة الإدارية للقطاع لإدارة المشـاريع حسـب المعايير العالمية .
· · تدريب وتاهيل موظفي قطاع الهندسـة الصحية .
· · تطويـر وتنظيـم المعاييـر المتبعـة فـي مشـاريع قطـاع الهندسـة الصحيـة لمراحـل التصميـم
والتنفيـذ والتشـغيل وعمـل مكتبـة ورقيـة إلكترونيـة .
· · Review and audit plans and designs for all works related to the stages of design and implementation.
· · Preparation, review and follow-up of tender documents, agreements, pre-qualification and the
tender and design processes.
· · Project management and supervision.
· · Providing solutions for engineering and technical difficulties.
· · Studying and reviewing variation orders and claims submitted by contractors and consultants.
· · Develop management systems for the sector to manage projects according to international
standards.
· · Training and rehabilitation of sector employees.
· · Develop and organize the standards used in the sector projects for the stages of design,
implementation, operation and the work of an electronic paper library.
