 The project is an educational cultural
center that includes buildings for theaters,
cinema, video & audio production studio,
halls and museums, exhibitions and
buildings for the library and Quran
drawing classes and its arts, office
buildings for employees in addition to
services such as a restaurant and a
mosque .
Current Status:
 Design phase.
 (Actual completion rate of the design: 4.17%)
 It has been decided to consider
05/02/2017 the first day of the
Convention’s operation.
 On 13/20/2017, the facilitation letter of
the advisory office of the competent
authorities was issued.
Project location : South Surra .
Project area : 16,000 m2 .
