تعتبر ضخ محطة الرقعيمن أكبرمحطات الضخ في الشرق ا وسطفهي ، تستقبل

التدفقات لمحافظتي الفروانية و العاصمة إزالة تم حيث 29 ضخ محطة
قديمة، وإستبدالها بمحطةضخ الرقعي الجديدة يوفر مما تكاليف التشغيل والصيانة
البيئة على ويحافظ .

Al- Rigai pumping station :
The Rigai pumping station is one of the biggest pumping
stations in the Middle East. It receives all of the flows
from Al-Farwaniya and Al-Asima governorates, as 29
old pumping stations were eliminated to replace them
with this new station, which saves up the operation and
maintenance expenses and is environment friendly
Tunnel lines of the station have also been constructed
to receive the incoming sewage flows for the next 50
years, with a total length of more than 43 km, these
flows will be pumped to Al-Ardiya pumping station of the
BOT contract through the expulsion line with a diameter
of 1000mm and then to Al-Sulaibiya station to treat the
water and re-use it.
