يهدف المشروع إلى :
 تطذذذوير وتحذذذديث الطذذذرق بالإضذذذافة إلذذذى
المحافظة علذى المبذاني التاريخيذة وتطذ وير
شذذبكة الطذذرق وزيذذادة سذذعتها مذذع تذذوفير
القدرة الكافية لتحويل حركة المرور .
 بدايذذة المشذذروع عنذذد التقذذاطع فذذي شذذارع
الشهداء وحتى نهاية شارع خالد بذن الول يذد
وك لك تقاطعات العبور فذي شذارع المذر ة
وشارع مبارك الكبير وشارع بوعبيد . ة
 نطذذاق اوعمذذال لهذذ ه المجموعذذة لطريذذق
الدائرة اوول يتضمن نفق سذفل وتطذ وير
وتحذذديث الطذذرق حيذذث يتكذذون النفذذق مذذن
حارتين في كل إتجاه .
 الطريق المقترح في على النفق يت كون من
حارتين في كل إتجاه بالإضافة إلى ح ارات
الإلتفاف .
الوضع الحالي :
 جذذاء رد ديذذوان المحاسذذبة بإعذذادة دراسذذة
الموضوع وإعادة عرضه على الديوان مع
طلب البيان المالى للمشروع .
دراسة و تصميم و اشراف على طرق و جسور وخدمات أخرى للطريق الدائرى الأول ( ا موعة ال ) ثالثة
The agreement of study, design and supervision on roads, bridges and other services.
1st ring road ( 3rd group)
The project aims to:
 Development and modernization of the
roads in addition to the preservation of
historic buildings, the development of
the road network and increase its
capacity while providing sufficient
capacity to convert traffic.
 The project starts on Al-Shuhada
street’s intersection until the end of
Kalid Bin Waleed street, and also the
crossing intersections in Al-Mirry,
Mubarak Al-Kaber, and Abo Ubaida
streets
 The scope of this group’s works for the
First Ring road includes a tunnel and
the improvement and development of
the roads, where the tunnel consists of
2 lanes per direction
 The proposed road above the tunnel
consists of 2 lanes in each direction in
addition to wrapping lanes
The current status :
 The Audit Bureau responded to restudy
and re –introduce it back to the Bureau
with requesting the project financial
statement .

على ان يتم توقيع اتفاقية ا شراف ت مع زامنا
البدء بعقد تنفي المشروع تذم الإ طلذب رتبذاط
المالي
اتفاقية الإشراف على تنفيذ مشروع إنشاء و إنجاز و صيانة الدائري (
