and building hall seminars, lectures and
building of the Museum of Antiquities and
folklore and the building of the library building
and the status of the child and parking in the
basement of the building .

A meeting has been held with the beneficiary
and the consultant office on 11/12/2016 to
discuss the required referendum to document
the terms of reference and the updated
schedule has been received from the consultant
office on 13/12/2016 for reviewing and approval

and beneficiary to collect the necessary
information to know the relations between
the departments and to reply to the
office’s inquiries about the project’s
requirements schedule , A meeting has
been held with the beneficiary after they
prepared an updated schedule of the
requirements and then delivered to the
consultant office so then they can get
approved by the Ministry of Justice’s
Engineering Department and approve it
by its Undersecretary, which then it will
be officially transferred to the MPW .
