Current Status :
Presenting & awarding stage, On 03.08.2016 a letter from the
Central Tenders Committee which states that the Committee
was still decided on awarding “Almoder AlKuwaiti” company
(bidder III) according to the letter of 14/12/2015 and
preserve Aldar’s plaint. On 22/05/2016, the ministry’s letter
to the Tenders Committee as requested by the Audit Bureau to
represent the tender on them, and currently awaiting the
Central Tenders Committee’s response.

to include administrative offices and parking
for cars in the basement.
Current Status :
Designing stage
On 7/6/2016 the Consultant Office has re-
provided the second phase, and the beneficiary
has been rejected due to the non-fulfillment of
their requirements that were previously
approved in the areal table.
