Project components:
 A building consisting of 6 floors, containing
administrative offices and its services.
 Three basements for car parking.
 It also contains a hideout and an operation
room.
 In addition to gardens, roads and aqueous
elements.
Current Status :
Presenting & awarding stage .
The meeting with the contractor with the less
expensive bidders on 10.27.2015 expected date of signing
the contract: 4/2016

الموافقة على طرح المشروع بتاري 3 فبرايـر
وذلــو وفقــا لتعمــيم وزارة الماليــة رقــم (1 )
لسنة 2016

Project location: South Subhan.
Project area: 50,000 m2
Project components:
 10 stores for the Ministry of Public
Works, each store contains
administrative offices, storage room with
ample space for archiving, basement for
each store, chapel, centralized security
control, toilets, parking for employees
and visitors.
Current Status :
pre-presenting stage.
The Central Tenders Committee has decided
not to approve the project launch on
February 3, according to the Ministry of
Finance’s declaration No. (1) for the year
2016
The Ministry of Finance has been notified
of the project’s rejection on 3/8/2016
