)208 / ص هــ( بمناقصـة وذلـك لإرتباطهـا )202/
المركـزي للمناقصـات العامة الجهـاز والتـى قـرر
للمـادة ًإسـتنادا عـدم الموافقـة علـى طرحهـا
. )2016/49( مــن قانــون المناقصــات )39(
· · The TO.R document has been completed and the
approval of the Undersecretary has been obtained
on the list of global consulting offices to be invited,
and the Supervision and Auditing sector has been
approached to complete the procedures.
· · The Secretary-General of the Central Agency for
Public Tenders has been addressed on 2017/6/20
in accordance with a memorandum to request their
approval on submitting the Convention as a limited
practice within the Ministry.
· · The Central Agency for Public Tenders rejected
the offer of the advisory agreement (A / H / 202)
because it is linked with tender (H / 208), which the
Central Agency for Public Tenders decided not to
approve, according to Article (39) of the Tender Law
(2016/49).
