undertakes inspecting the non-highway networks, rainwater and sanitary drainage networks to propose the necessary maintenance work. It also oversees
the implementation of related maintenance contracts, and follows-up on the received complaints.The sector undertakes following-up on the workflow
in various maintenance contracts. It issues the licenses related to connecting buildings to the sanitary drainage network, and ensures the implementation
of security and safety rules on sites with regards to development in coordination with the competent entities. In addition, it operates and maintains all
specialized equipment and machinery of the Maintenance Engineering Sector such as suction equipment, mobile power generating equipment, mobile
.pumps, and compressors, etc
