The project aims to:
Raise the absorptive capacity of the current
road, reduce traffic congestion and the
proportion of traffic accidents, and upgrade
the security and safety levels through: -
Re-create the 7.4 km of the Fourth Ring road,
the part from the United Nations roundabout
to the intersection of Airport Road.
The project consists of the hospital
intersection, and the modification of
intersections for Muhammad bin Qasim
street, Al-Ghazali road, Airport road, and a
new bridge link between Al-Rey and
Industrial Shuwaikh, in addition to the
transportation of services, street lighting and
pedestrian bridge.
Include increasing the capacity of the road
and upgrade of security levels to include tests
of soil and additional acts of topographical
surveying and review and update the
