Citizen Service Office in the Ministry of Public Works is ready to receive complaints or queries from citizens and residents by phone, fax, or email. In addition to the Citizen Service Office at the headquarter of the Ministry that is specialized in accomplishing all dealings of the elderly, disabled, and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states
These services shall be done through the following procedures :
- Receiving the citizens' and residents' complaints by phone and sending them to the competent entities in the ministry .
- Following up the complaints with the competent entities for ensuring the prompt reply and the safe receipt thereof.
- Following up the complaints received on the Ministry's website by the Ministry's email. Then, sending and following up these complaints with the Ministry's competent entitles.
- Communicating with the public through the visitors' record of the Ministry to follow up their opinions and suggestions.
- Communicating with the public and following up their dealings through the Citizen Service Office for the elderly, disabled persons, and the GCC states.
- Communicating with the citizens' complaints and suggestions through the social media page (i.e. Twitter)
