This public practice is presented to the local companies that are registered in the Central Agency for Public Tenders and specialized in the required practice business industry, in accordance with detailed practice documents that can be found on the website of the Ministry of Public Works on the World Wide Web at www.mpw.gov.kw.
· The final time to place a bid is 1 PM on the date specified in the announcement above for bid deposit.
· The instructions for the practitioners regarding submitting and deposit bids must be adhered and delivered on a CD as mentioned on the Ministry's Website.
· The cash consideration mentioned above is paid in the Financial Affairs Department of the Ministry in the main building in South of Surra (9 am to 1 p.m.) by Knet , and in the event of purchasing documents and paying the prescribed fees, requests for fee refund will not be accepted unless the practice is canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article (55) of the Tender Law. the public.
· The companies are delivered a protected CDcontaining the practice documents from the Documentation and Contracts Department, the third floor A4 in the main building of the Ministry from (9-1) after submitting a copy of the document purchase receipt by the person authorized by a written letter from the approved signature at the Central Agency for Public Tenders with an authorization to receive Practice documents .
· SMEs owners are excluded from the prescribed fees for purchasing documents in accordance with Article No. (39) of Law No. (74) of 2019 regarding amendments to the Public Tenders Law No. (49) of 2016..
· Practitioners wishing to submit inquiries or clarifications and others must commit to submitting them in writing to the Office of the Assistant Authentication Officer of Sanitary Engineering Sector in the main building of the Ministry the first floor and the last date for submitting inquiries will be during the preliminary meeting and no inquiries will be accepted after this date.
· The tender is indivisible
· National Employment Percentage Certificate, issued by Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor shall be provided and valid when submitting the bid.
· A valid Clearance Certificate shall be provided from the Public Authority for Manpower with submitted bid.
· The companies wishing to attend the Bid Opening Session shall coordinate with the Contract and Document Department before the specified day of the Bid Opening Session, as this announcement considered as an invitation to willing companies to attend the Bid Opening Session with providing the following documents:
1. Copy of civil ID
2. Copy of the signature authorization from the Central Agency for Public Tenders
3. In the case that a person other than whose signature is authorized, a written authorization letter to attend the meeting must be obtained from the person whose signature is authorized by the Central Agency for Public Tenders. .
4. Negotiations will be made with all practitioners in a public session on the date specified by the announcement regarding the financial offer through (one round), in accordance with the terms of practice and provisions of the Public Tenders Law No. (49) of 2016 and its amendments and Article (11) of the executive regulations issued by Decree No. (30) for 2017.
· SMEs owners who want to apply for the practice shall attach a valid certificate issued by the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises Sponsorship and Development with their bid, Including approval by the owners of small and medium enterprises.
· This announcement is an integral part of the practice documents.
· Practice documents can be found before applying to purchase the documents on the Ministry of Public Works website at www.mpw.gov.kw.
