The Road Laboratories Department undertakes conducting the necessary tests on the materials used in constructing roads in Kuwait. Moreover, it checks the conformity of work carried out – for asphalt paving layers - with the technical specifications. It also evaluates the paving after it is finished, using modern inspection means, in addition to conducting scientific research related to the field of roads.
