The Construction Laboratories Department undertakes inspecting buildings, structures, soil and building materials and analyzing them chemically. In addition, it conducts scientific research related to the various branches of the constructions field. The Department studies the standard technical specifications of the construction industry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, for the purpose of technological development in this field
